The African Concert Series hosts Francesca Chiejina (soprano), Themba Mvula (baritone), and Rebeca Omordia (piano) at the October Gallery for an evening of African art song.

Francesca Chiejina will perform Nigerian art song, featuring music by Ayo Bankole, Christian Onyeji, Ishaya Yarison, and Laz Ekwueme, before Themba Mvula presents songs from Zambia and South Africa, including pieces by Mokale Koapeng and Owen Mutema.
