Composer David Braid has set some 60+ poems to music over the course of his career so far.

This performance presents two books of his settings of poems by Lorca, Mallarme, R.S. Thomas, Liao Chung-K’ai, Ho Hsiang-ning, Shakespeare, and Bunyan.

Critically acclaimed soprano Susanna MacRae is joined by virtuoso guitarist David Black in this evening of intimate songs at Shoreditch’s Hundred Years Gallery.
