The London Symphony Orchestra’s free annual summer concert in Trafalgar Square is returning after a year away.
On 15 August, a giant temporary stage in the Square will host the orchestra and Sir Simon Rattle, joined by young musicians from the pioneering LSO East London Academy and violin prodigy Leia Zhu.
Entry is free and the concert begins at 6.30pm. The capacity of this year’s event has been lowered to allow for additional space for the comfort and safety of the audience, so we’d recommend arriving when the doors open at 5pm.
