The Multi-Story Orchestra perform The Endz at Peckham Festival: a story about youth knife crime and gang culture in London told through spoken word, song, and rap.

The Endz has been created by 20 young people from Harris Academy Peckham, working with singers Abimaro Gunnell and Fran Lobo, poet Yomi Sode, theatre maker Paul Cree, and composer Kate Whitley, based on their own experiences and realities.

“We created this project because we wanted to let people know what our reality is as there is not enough awareness. As young people we are told that we have the power to change things; but people are still not listening to us. Nothing changes. This is our way of spreading the word and we hope people will listen.”

- Nathaniel Casaclang, young artist from Harris Academy Peckham
