London's festival for new opera releases 2021 dates
Cubitt Sessions, Coal Drops Yard; one of three venues for this year’s live events
Pioneering opera festival Tête à Tête, which aims to produce extraordinary operas in extraordinary places, will return this summer from 27 July - 17 September.
The festival focuses on new opera, and often features exciting immersive and interactive productions. This year promises everything from techno raves to sword-fighting sopranos and operatic dating apps.
Events this year take place at The Cockpit Theatre, a fringe theatre in Marylebone, as well as the Round Chapel in Hackney, and Cubitt Sessions - a free festival based in Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross.
