Two London orchestras return to the Southbank with live-streamed concerts

The Philharmonia and the London Philharmonic Orchestra have announced a return to live music. Both will appear as part of the Southbank Centre’s ‘Inside Out’ series of music, literature and comedy running from 17 September - 30 December.

The Royal Festival Hall still won’t open its doors to the public, but the concerts will be streamed live. In some cases they will also be free, which is great news!

We’re really excited about 30 orchestral concerts presented by the Philharmonia and the London Philharmonic. They’ve got a great range of composers, pieces and performers, and we’re pleased to see that 16 of the 57 pieces performed will be by BAME composers.
