We’re delighted to announce that noisenight two has hit its crowdfunding goal. through the noise is the first crowdfunding platform specifically for live music, and was launched earlier this year to help get live performance back on its feet.

Today we can confirm that noisenight two will be going ahead, after hundreds of backers pledged their support for the new initiative, and an additional 50 tickets have been made available.

Members of the public were invited to become ‘backers’ in return for tickets when the platform was launched on the 4th of May. Through pledging their support, backers were guaranteed tickets to the event if it reached its funding target. If it didn’t, the event would be cancelled and all backers refunded.

However, after receiving support from nkoda and endorsements from BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM, the first two noisenights have seen hundreds of music-lovers offer their support for the new initiative.

noisenight two on 28 August will feature the Chineke! Duo at Hoxton Underbelly. Backers will receive tickets in the few days running up to the event.
