What's on this week: classical music in London
Our weekly round-up of London’s live classical music is back after break last week, where we were still recovering from an incredible performance by Fatma Said at noisenight19 in OSLO Hackney.
This week, through the noise are up in Leeds and Manchester, but there are some incredible concerts in the capital we’d like to shout about while we’re away.
First and foremost, the team behind Beethoven251 are launching a festival celebrating Brahms this week. Their series opener is on Friday at St. John’s Smith Square and it’s set to be an amazing evening of music.
through the noise favourite Abel Selaocoe is also back in London this week, returning to the Southbank Centre for a fully improvised concert, collaborating with a host of world-class musicians. More on that below…
Can't attend any of these events but still want to support live music?
Your donation means that we can continue to push the boundaries of live classical music. It means that we can keep our events guide independently curated and expand our mindmusic programme which promotes mental health and wellbeing in our local communities.
