What's on this week: classical music in London

After a seven-week break, noisenights are back. For noisenight seven we’re returning to The Jago in Dalston with one of classical music’s up and coming stars, Toril Azzalini-Machecler.

Toril has put together an incredible solo programme for us, with musical influences spanning Greece to Ghana and beyond.

That gig takes place on Saturday, and if you’re after more live music this week then the London Symphony Orchestra’s Half-Six Fix concerts are back at the Barbican on Wednesday.

All events in the series feature one hour of great music played by one of the world’s top orchestras. Concerts are really relaxed, and the conductor will introduce the piece and explain a little bit about it beforehand.

The Jess Gillam ensemble perform music inspired by minimalism in new Peckham nightclub, Well Seasoned
