Already this week we’ve celebrated noisenight three both hitting its funding target and selling out both sets.

The rest of this week features a load of events which we’ve been excited about for quite some time. Here are our recommendations for live classical music this week:

Thursday 11 November, 6pm + 9pm

One of the UK’s most innovative orchestras teams up with Printworks for an immersive performance of Beethoven’s Symphony No 7

Thursday 11 November, 8pm

In their first collaboration, experimental composer Laurel Halo teams up with the virtuosic London Contemporary Orchestra

Friday 12 November, 6.30pm

Cellist Abigail Hyde-Smith joins Olivia Jageurs for a live version of Harpy Hour at Bermondsey Arts Club

Saturday 13 November, 7.30pm

Hollie Harding curates a concert for the London Symphony Orchestra which considers the relationship between humans, sounds, and ecology

Sunday 14 November, 10.30am

The Ostara Chamber Players present Coffee, Croissant and a Concert at Finsbury Park’s Park Theatre

Sheku Kanneh-Mason and Harry Baker explore song and improvisation through folk melodies, jazz standards, and pieces by Bach and Boulanger
